# List User Twilio Numbers

Return voice-capable numbers OWNED by the user's Twilio (sub)account.

Used by the connect form so the user picks an existing number instead of
typing one. Accepts either raw creds (manual paste) or `account_id`
(Connect resume path — creds resolved server-side).
