Connect a Max.ru account using a pasted auth token.

Validates the token by calling channel-sync-service, which creates a
temporary MaxClient and attempts login_by_token. On success, creates
an active channel_account record.

## Request body

- MaxruConnectRequest: Request body for connecting a Max.ru account via token paste.
  - `auth_token` string, required: Auth token from web.max.ru localStorage (__oneme_auth key)
  - `device_id` string, required: Device ID from web.max.ru localStorage (__oneme_device_id key)
