# Connect With Identity

`POST /api/channels/linkedin/accounts/connect/identity`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dialogbrain.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.dialogbrain.com/api/channels/linkedin/accounts/connect/identity`
- Auth: none declared

The member signed in to LinkedIn in our headed browser; the session is in
the identity's jar. The jar is read once, here, and the account then lives
on its own cookies exactly like one connected through the extension. The
identity is remembered on the row so a re-login can open the same browser.
The User-Agent sent to LinkedIn is the capturing browser's (the one the
session was issued to), falling back to the caller's.

## Request body

- ConnectWithIdentityRequest: Connect LinkedIn with the session a browser identity captured: the member signed in to linkedin.com in our headed browser (VNC), and the cookies sit in the identity's jar.
  - `browser_identity_id` integer, required
  - `country` string, nullable
  - `use_proxy` boolean
  - `display_name` string, nullable

## Response `200`
