Connect a LINE Official Account from the form.

The ONE connect path, shared with channels.connect: billing gate →
LineAdapter.connect_account → line_connect_service → billing hook
(perform_connect). Kept as its own route because the form POSTs here
and reads `detail` on failure.

- LineConnectRequest: Request body for connecting a LINE Official Account.
  - `channel_access_token` string, required: Long-lived channel access token from LINE Developer Console
  - `channel_secret` string, required: Channel secret from LINE Developer Console
