# List Excluded Chats

`GET /api/channels/excluded-chats`

## Request

List the excluded (blacklisted) chats this member can see in the current
workspace, across all accounts. Scoped like the inbox (src/lib/visibility.py):
a teammate's exclusion on a shared channel shows up here, so it can be undone.

Returns threads where is_included=false, meaning they are excluded from:
- Thread listing
- RAG search results
- Sync operations

Args:
    limit: Maximum threads to return
    offset: Pagination offset
    channel: Optional filter by channel type (telegram, whatsapp, email)

Returns:
    List of excluded threads with account info

- `offset` integer
- `channel` string, nullable: Filter by channel type
