`POST /api/channels/accounts/{account_id}/pause`

Soft-pause a channel account.

Existing threads + messages stay visible (read-only); the channel-
sync-service drops the live MTProto / socket session and skips this
account on bootstrap. Resume via POST .../resume — no re-auth
required. Distinct from disconnect (which hard-deletes the account).
