Return the full ClickHouse execution timeline for a voice session.

Mirrors get_activity_trace's voice branch but keyed directly by
voice_sessions.id — no activity_log indirection needed. Resolves
the matching ClickHouse trace by (thread_id, started_at window).

Status discriminators:
  404 not_found             — session id wrong / wrong workspace
  410 voice_trace_not_found — no matching CH trace in the window
  410 trace_expired         — CH retention evicted the trace row
