# List Tasks

`GET /api/ai-agents/{agent_id}/tasks`

List the tasks this agent is meant to act on.

Same scope as the agent's own [ACTIVE TASKS] prompt block — assigned to it,
plus the unassigned ones it authored — so the Agent screen and the agent
itself never disagree about what it is holding. Delegates to TaskService so
that scope has exactly one definition.

The caller is named, not omitted. TaskService skips its role gate when it
has no human actor (an agent in its own loop has nobody behind it), so
passing nothing here handed the board to whoever could reach the route —
including a 'viewer', the public listen-share tier, which the tasks board
itself refuses.
