`POST /v1/voice_calls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dexatel.com`
- URL: `https://api.dexatel.com/v1/voice_calls`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Dexatel-Key`

## Request body

- VoiceStreamPostRequestWrapperDto
  - `data` VerificationVoicePostRequestDto, required
    - `to` string, required: Phone number as digits without spaces or special characters, beginning with the country dialing code
    - `stream_url` string, required: URL where the audio stream will be transmitted

## Response `201`

Created

  - `data` object
    - `account_id` string, uuid: The unique identifier of the account
    - `message_id` string, uuid: The unique identifier of the message
    - `to` string: Recipients phone number
    - `from` string: The phone number the call will originate from
    - `stream_url` string: URL where the audio stream will be transmitted
    - `create_date` string, date-time: Creation date of the verification in UTC, formatted as yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss

## Other responses

- `400`: **Bad Request:** Code Message Description 1523 Invalid recipient number(s) 1801 'data.to' is required 1802 'data.stream.url' is required 1803 'data.stream.url' is invalid
