`PATCH /organisation/{id}/logo`

Update logo for specified organistion. Returns a PUT url to upload new image to

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `200`

OK

  - `upload_url` string — Presigned S3 url to upload file

- `307` — Redirect to login
- `401` — User is not an organisation admin
