# Get an access control project.

`GET /api/projects/{projectId}`

**<mark>Beta:</mark>** Gets a specific project configured for project-level access control.

## Response `200`

The requested project configured for project-level access control.

- Project: A project configured for project-level access control in Develocity.
  - `id` string, required: The unique identifier for the project. Must not contain whitespace.
  - `displayName` string: The label used when displaying the project.
  - `description` string: The description of the project group.

## Other responses

- `403`: The authenticated user has insufficient permissions.
- `404`: No API key was specified in the request, the key has been revoked, or the user bearing the key lacks permissions for this operation.
