Romanian B2B lead generation / prospect list (ONRC + ANAF): companies by CAEN code(s), county (judet), city, latest turnover, employees, net profit, founding year; sorted by turnover. Rows: CUI, name, legal form, address, CAEN, status, VAT flag, turnover/profit/employees. Public company data only, no personal emails/phones. The 402 shows 2 sample rows + match count. Use when you need a list of Romanian companies matching criteria (sales prospecting, market sizing, supplier sourcing).

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid filters (e.g. neither caen nor judet)
- `402`: Payment required (x402 v2). Body = PaymentRequired JSON (also base64-encoded in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header): x402Version, error, resource {url, description, mimeType}, accepts[] {scheme: exact, network, amount (USDC atomic units, 6 decimals), asset, payTo, maxTimeoutSeconds, extra}, extensions.bazaar. Pay and retry the same request with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header.
