# Altman Z' score and ratios for one balance-sheet year (API key only)

`GET /v1/companies/{cui}/altman`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Altman Z' (private-company model) plus the same `ratios` as /financials. Without `an`, the latest balance sheet is used.

    - `lichiditate` number, double, nullable: Active circulante / Datorii (x). Bun: ≥ 1.5
    - `marja_neta` number, double, nullable: Profit net / Cifră afaceri (%). Bun: > 0
    - `productivitate_angajat` number, double, nullable: Cifră afaceri / Nr. angajați (RON)
    - `roa` number, double, nullable: Profit net / Total active (%)
    - `rotatie_creante` number, double, nullable: Cifră afaceri / Creanțe (x)

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key (this route is not sold via x402)
- `404`: No balance sheet for that year
