# Move sessions into a group or reset their keys

`POST /api/session-moves`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:3013`
- URL: `http://localhost:3013/api/session-moves`

## Request body

- object
  - `rootTaskIds` string[], required
  - `groupKey` string, nullable, required: Non-unique asset directory namespace (for example shared/ or personal/<user-id>/drafts/). Runtime write boundaries normalize and validate the canonical form.

## Response `200`

Moved and skipped sessions

  - `skipped` object[], required
    - `rootTaskId` string, required
    - `reason` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid namespace or request
- `403`: Personal destination not authorized
- `409`: Moves blocked until audit warnings are repaired
