`GET /special-requests/catalog`

## Request

## Query parameters

- `product_type` 'HOTEL', required
- `product_id` string, required
- `hotel_id` string

- object
  - `product_type` string: Type of product associated with the catalog.
  - `items` object[]: List of available special requests for the product.
    - `code` string: Unique code identifying the special request.
    - `description` string: Human-readable description of the special request.
    - `requires_value` boolean: Indicates whether a value must be provided when submitting the special request (POST). For example, LATE_CHECK_IN requires a value specifying the desired check-in time.
