# Retrieves a pre-populated TeachingEventAddAttendee for the candidate (allowing to proceed as unverified).

Retrieves a pre-populated TeachingEventAddAttendee for the candidate. This mechanism should be used with caution
                        and the candidate should be treated as 'unverified' by the client.
