# Get company settings

`GET /company/settings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://demodesk.com/api/v2`
- URL: `https://demodesk.com/api/v2/company/settings`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the settings of the company of the API key owner, as in *Settings > Company* in the web app.
Only company admins can read them; other users get `403`.

More settings are added to this resource over time. Clients should ignore fields they don't know.

Rate limits:
- Global: 120 requests per minute per API key.

Company settings fetched successfully.

- CompanySettingsResponse
  - `data` CompanySettings, required
    - `customVocabulary` string[], required: Company keyword list for transcription: product names, people and jargon that transcripts of the whole company should spell correctly, in priority order. Terms are trimmed and must not contain commas, semicolons or line breaks. Duplicates are removed when reading. All terms joined by commas may have at most 10000 characters.

## Other responses

- `401`: API key is missing or invalid.
- `403`: The authenticated user is not allowed to access this resource, e.g. it is not assigned to a company.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
