List catalogs

## Query parameters

- `pageToken` string
- `maxResults` integer

## Response `200`

OK

- ListCatalogsResponse — List catalogs response.
  - `catalogs` CatalogInfo[] — The catalogs returned.
    - `name` string, required — Name of catalog.
    - `comment` string — User-provided free-form text description.
    - `properties` object — A map of key-value properties attached to the securable.
    - `owner` string — Username of current owner of catalog.
    - `createAt` string — Time at which this catalog was created, in epoch milliseconds.
    - `createdBy` string — Username of catalog creator.
    - `updateAt` string — Time at which this catalog was last updated, in epoch milliseconds.
    - `updatedBy` string — Username of user who last modified catalog.
    - `id` string — Unique identifier for the catalog.
  - `nextPageToken` string — The next_page_token value to include in the next List request.
