`POST /upload/pipeline/retry`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:3000`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `session`
  - API key in header `X-CSRF-Token`

Retry all failed Azure transfers in the pipeline

## Response `200`

Retry results
