# Take an off-pod snapshot right now.

`POST /agents/{id}/backup`

## Request

Call before a risky change if you do not want to wait for the daily automatic backup.

## Other responses

- `400`: Agent is not deployed.
- `401`: Missing, invalid, expired, or revoked credential.
- `404`: No such agent, key, or persona for this account.
