Semantic search over past investigations. Supports natural-language queries and exact Sentry issue ID matching.

## Query parameters

- `query` string: Natural-language search query
- `limit` integer: Maximum results to return
- `days_back` integer: How far back to search
- `sentry_issue_id` string, nullable: Sentry issue ID for exact lookup
- `include_incomplete` boolean: Include in-progress investigations
