Store Snowflake OAuth client configuration (client_id, client_secret, account) for the user's team.
This sets up the team to be able to complete the OAuth flow with Snowflake.

## Request body

- SnowflakeOAuthConfigRequest: Request body for storing Snowflake OAuth configuration.
  - `client_id` string, required: Snowflake OAuth client ID
  - `client_secret` string, required: Snowflake OAuth client secret
  - `account` string, required: Snowflake account identifier (e.g., xy12345.us-east-1)
  - `role` string, nullable: Snowflake role to use for queries (e.g., ACCOUNTADMIN)
