Historical weather summary from ERA5 reanalysis (1940-present).

Computes climate normals, precipitation/temperature trends,
drought frequency, and extreme precipitation events from up
to 80+ years of ERA5 reanalysis data.

Requires Copernicus CDS credentials.  CDS queue times can be
10-30 minutes for large date ranges.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing). Enterprise tier.
