Trigger auto_match_all() and return new matches found.

Runs all auto-matchers (USGS, EMSC, FIRMS, NWS, volcano, tsunami,
geomagnetic, geyser, solar flares, Kp, wave height, tidal) and
returns how many new matches were created.  Also updates the
auto-match status tracker.

## Query parameters

- `x_api_key` string, nullable
