Detect tsunami signals in AIS vessel tracking data.

Provide either ``zone_id`` (e.g. ``"cascadia"``, ``"japan"``)
or a custom ``bbox`` [min_lat, min_lon, max_lat, max_lon].

Returns 18-feature vector, anomaly classification, and
confirmation score with DART cross-validation.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
