Discover seismic stations within a bounding box.

Queries FDSN web services for broadband and short-period stations
inside the specified geographic bounding box.  Returns station
metadata including network, location, channels, and operating
dates.

Parameters
----------
min_lat : float
    Southern boundary latitude (WGS84).
max_lat : float
    Northern boundary latitude (WGS84).
min_lon : float
    Western boundary longitude (WGS84).
max_lon : float
    Eastern boundary longitude (WGS84).

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

- `min_lat` number, required: Bounding box minimum latitude
- `max_lat` number, required: Bounding box maximum latitude
- `min_lon` number, required: Bounding box minimum longitude
