Compute induced seismicity risk from injection volumes.

Fetches EPA UIC well inventory and USGS earthquake catalog for
a specified injection zone, then estimates pore pressure and
seismicity correlation.

Required fields: ``zone`` (e.g. "pawnee", "cushing", "permian")
Optional fields: ``months`` (look-back period, default 6)
