Convert P-wave velocity to porosity using the Wyllie time-average equation.

Estimates porosity from Vp given a lithology type.  Uses
matrix and fluid velocities appropriate for the specified rock
type.

Parameters
----------
vp_km_s : float
    P-wave velocity in km/s.
lithology : str
    Rock type (sandstone, limestone, dolomite, shale).
