Run a complete regional subsurface survey.

End-to-end pipeline: collects all geophysical data, runs joint
inversion, detects resources, and generates a comprehensive
subsurface assessment report with maps, cross-sections, and
resource probability estimates.

Parameters (JSON body):
- min_lat, max_lat, min_lon, max_lon : float -- Bounding box (required)
- target_resources : list[str] -- Priority resource types (optional)
- max_depth_km : float -- Maximum survey depth (optional, default 30)
