Collect all available geophysical data for a bounding box.

Gathers seismic velocity models, gravity anomalies, magnetic
field data, and electrical resistivity surveys from public
repositories for the specified region.

Parameters (JSON body):
- min_lat, max_lat, min_lon, max_lon : float -- Bounding box (required)
- data_types : list[str] -- Types to collect (optional, default all)

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
