Measure dispersion curve from an empirical Green's function.

Applies frequency-time analysis (FTAN) to the cross-correlation
EGF to extract group and phase velocity dispersion curves as a
function of period.

Parameters (JSON body):
- egf : any -- Empirical Green's function data or reference (required)
- distance_km : float -- Inter-station distance in km (required)
- freq_min : float -- Minimum frequency in Hz (optional)
- freq_max : float -- Maximum frequency in Hz (optional)
