Detect slow-slip events from DART + tide gauge residuals.

Runs the complete detection pipeline:
  1. Fetch or generate DART bottom pressure + tide gauge data
  2. Remove astronomical tides (37-constituent harmonic analysis)
  3. Apply inverse barometer correction (tide gauge)
  4. Detect anomalous transients in residuals
  5. Cross-validate across data sources
  6. Estimate SSE parameters (slip, Mw, propagation)
  7. Assess megathrust stress loading

Returns all 24 features plus detection summary.
