Compute infrastructure noise model for a strain station.

Models expected vibration spectrum from nearby wind turbines,
gas compressors, and railroad traffic.

Required fields: ``lat``, ``lon`` (strain station location)
Optional fields: ``wind_speed_ms`` (float, default 8.0),
    ``radius_km`` (float, default 15.0),
    ``compressor_hp`` (float, default 0),
    ``trains_per_day`` (int, default 0),
    ``use_demo`` (bool, default False)

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

Returns band powers (turbine 0.5-5 Hz, compressor 1-20 Hz,
railroad 1-30 Hz), blade-pass harmonics, and composite noise
floor in dB.
