`POST /api/v1/space-weather/kp-forecast/validate`

Validate a past Kp prediction against observed value.

Computes absolute error, percentage error, and whether the prediction
correctly identified storm/quiet conditions.

## Query parameters

- `x_api_key` string, nullable

## Request body

- KpValidateRequest: Request body for validating a past Kp prediction.
  - `predicted_kp` number, required: Previously predicted Kp value
  - `observed_kp` number, required: Actual observed Kp value
  - `prediction_time` string, required: ISO-8601 time of the prediction
