Predict next 3-hour Kp index from solar wind observations.

Uses Newell coupling function + Kp persistence + Burton Dst proxy
to forecast the next Kp value. Returns predicted Kp, confidence,
storm probability, and component breakdown.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

- `x_api_key` string, nullable

## Request body

- KpPredictRequest: Request body for Kp prediction.
  - `lat` number: Latitude (Kp is global, included for API consistency)
  - `lon` number: Longitude (Kp is global, included for API consistency)
  - `lookback_days` integer: Days of Kp history to use for prediction
