Correlate Schumann resonance with USGS earthquake catalog.

Performs superposed epoch analysis and KS statistical tests to
evaluate whether SR parameters show systematic changes before
M5+ earthquakes in the specified period.

**Disclaimer**: This is a correlation analysis tool. SR anomalies
have multiple confounders (solar wind, lightning, geomagnetic storms).

## Query parameters

- `start_date` string, required: Start date YYYY-MM-DD
- `end_date` string, required: End date YYYY-MM-DD
- `min_magnitude` number: Minimum earthquake magnitude
- `observatories` string: Comma-separated observatory codes
