Run physics-informed hazard scenario simulation.

Generates realistic multi-hazard event catalogs using:
  - Gutenberg-Richter for earthquakes
  - GEV extreme value for floods
  - Saffir-Simpson for hurricanes
  - Cascade probability matrix for secondary hazards

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
