in the outreach itself.

    - `lon` number, required: Longitude
    - `label` string: Location label (e.g. 'HQ', 'Miami Office')
    - `value_usd` number: Insured/property value in USD
  - `email_type` string: Email type: cold_intro, follow_up, trial_offer, case_study
  - `tone` string: Tone: professional, technical, executive, casual
