Combines trial provisioning, prospect intelligence, and onboarding
email generation into a single atomic operation. The prospect gets
their API key, a risk briefing for their locations, and a
professionally formatted onboarding email.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
