Returns radiation dose-rate readings from bGeigie Nano,
Pointcast, and other compatible sensors within the search
radius.  Data is CC0 public domain.

- `lat` number, required: Latitude (WGS84)
- `lon` number, required: Longitude (WGS84)
- `distance` number: Search radius in km
- `limit` integer: Max measurements to return
