Phase 65y-IMAGING: per-station hyperspectral classification of
the global FDSN catalog.  Each station is a pixel in a global
HVSR cube; K-means endmembers become "crustal site response
classes" (cratons / basins / volcanic arcs / subduction zones).

Read-only view of the atlas SQLite db rebuilt weekly by
`scripts/build_global_hvsr_atlas.py`.

Filters:
  class_id: return only stations belonging to this class
  limit:    cap on returned stations (default 5000, max 16035)
