Export cross-correlation feature matrix.

Returns the full feature matrix (all cross-physics features) as
CSV or Parquet. Each column corresponds to a ML feature used in
the cross-correlation ensemble.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

## Query parameters

- `format` string: Export format: csv or parquet
- `n_samples` integer: Number of samples
- `seed` integer: Random seed for reproducibility
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
