`POST /api/v1/pdo/notarize`

Proof-of-when: hand us a SHA-256 (or content), get back a timestamped
receipt and a best-effort Bitcoin anchor. Your content never has to leave
your side -- send the hash.

## Query parameters

- `x_api_key` string, nullable

## Request body

- NotarizeRequest
  - `sha256` string, nullable: Pre-computed SHA-256 hex of your artifact (preferred -- your content never leaves your side)
  - `content` string, nullable: Raw text to hash server-side (use sha256 for privacy)
  - `label` string, nullable: Optional human label
  - `anchor` boolean: Anchor the hash to Bitcoin (best-effort)
