Run drift detection on a model's current vs reference data.

This endpoint triggers a drift check using Oracle's DriftDetector
and records results in the SQLite drift_checks table.

Note: In practice, drift checks are typically run by the scheduler,
not via API. This endpoint is useful for ad-hoc checks and testing.
