Real-time neutron monitor count rates.

Returns raw and pressure-corrected neutron count rates from
the global NMDB station network.  Pressure correction uses
N_corr = N_raw * exp(0.007 * (P - 1013.25)).

## Query parameters

- `stations` string: Comma-separated NMDB station codes
- `hours` integer: Hours of data to retrieve
