  - `lon` number, required: Search center longitude (WGS-84)
  - `radius_km` number: Search radius in km
  - `start_date` string, nullable: ISO-8601 start date
  - `end_date` string, nullable: ISO-8601 end date
  - `days` integer: Look-back days (if start/end not given)
  - `min_reports` integer: Minimum AMS witness reports
