`POST /api/v1/markets/quake-signal/book`

The Grok bot POSTs its live book here. We log it (append-only) and return our fair
value + the de-vigged implied probs + the divergence. Trade gate stays UNTESTABLE. No
orders. Bad input -> 422/404, never a fabricated edge.

- BookSnapshot: Body for POST /book -- the Grok bot's live book snapshot. Defined at TRUE module level (not inside the factory or the fastapi try-block): a body model declared in any other scope leaves a ForwardRef FastAPI cannot resolve at OpenAPI-generation time (PydanticUserError 'not fully defined'), which 500s /openapi.json.
  - `market` string, required: m55_weekly | m65_weekly
  - `source` string: polymarket | kalshi
  - `buckets` object, required: bucket label -> price (0..1 prob or cents); labels are the count as a string, top bucket like '>=4'
  - `captured_utc` string, nullable: ISO time the book was read (defaults to now)
  - `window_start` string, nullable: settlement window start -- UTC date (YYYY-MM-DD = T00:00:00Z) or full ISO timestamp; defaults to the Monday-UTC of captured_utc's week
  - `window_end` string, nullable: settlement window end (exclusive), same format; defaults to window_start + 7 days. Set BOTH to key a non-UTC-Monday market exactly (e.g. Poly Sun-Sat ET)
