Upload a .joblib model file via multipart form data.

Validates the model (must have a predict() method, reasonable file size).
Stores in models/marketplace/{creator_id}/{model_slug}/.
Returns the stored model_path for use in the submit endpoint.

Max file size: 100 MB.
