`POST /api/v1/marketplace/models/{model_id}/predict`

Run inference on a published marketplace model.

Loads the model from its stored path (cached in memory after first load),
runs prediction on input features, records a billing transaction with
80/20 revenue split (creator/platform), and returns the prediction
along with latency and cost.

Free-tier callers are not charged.
