`POST /api/v1/internal/scan-point`

Run the runnable modules at one point, bounded. Returns per-module
{data_real, n_real_features, top_feature}. Honest cap: scans at most
`limit` runnable modules (default 60), never the full inventory.

  - `lon` number, required
  - `category` string, nullable: restrict to one category
  - `limit` integer: cap on runnable modules scanned
  - `prefix` string, nullable: only modules whose feature_prefix starts with this string
